Delivery and Returns
Delivery within the UK is free of charge using standard Royal Mail post. Orders will usually be despatched within 24 hours of receipt, however please allow up to 7 days for delivery. The package will fit through your letter box, so there is no need to stay in for the delivery.
OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES (INCLUDING IRELAND)
Orders from other European countries are subject to a delivery charge of £2.50. This is added automatically to your order. All pricing and payments will be in £ sterling.
We do not currently deliver orders outside Europe. If you live outside Europe and are interested in ordering our products, please contact us via the Contact Page of the website.
Buyers from the UK have a right to cancel their order up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Should you wish to cancel your order within this timeframe, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. The goods should be returned, along with your details, to SWISH TO GO, PO Box 3654, Wokingham RG40 9NP. You will have to pay for the cost of returning the goods, and no refund of this cost will be made. Once your return has been received a full refund of the price paid will be made to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
In the unlikely event that you have a fault with any of our products please contact email@example.com and let us know what the problem is. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Our refund policy for faulty products lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
